User Personas
When I started at Denver Health I conducted user research to create personas for my three largest audiences: internal medicine, surgery, and pediatric providers. I then developed a change management worksheet to help project managers with their planning processes.
Resident Onboarding
While working at Denver Health, I was responsible for developing and managing the annual software orientation program for over 200 medical residents. This included personally facilitating and training others to facilitate in-class sessions and developing printed handbooks.
Quarterly Updates
At Denver Health, I was responsible for communicating the most important changes from a large package of quarterly software updates. To be effective, my solution needed to be web and print ready, clear, concise, and a little weird.
Great Hearts Online
As the third member of the Great Hearts Online leadership team, I was involved in the design and operation of the school from the beginning. Helping to launch and grow a new school was my most exciting project to date.
